ARACHNID ENTERPRISE LLC
Copperplate Infrastructure Practice

Routes Etched Deliberate,
Signals Pulled Clean,
Proofs Signed Daily.

ARACHNID ENTERPRISE LLC is a computer systems design practice working from 4913 N Vialetto Way in Lehi, where we plan, instrument and steady the networks that growing platforms depend on. We treat every routing decision like a line bitten into a copper plate, because a path you did not intend is a path you will eventually debug at two in the morning. From monitoring and observability to managed platform care, our engineers leave a clean impression on every system they touch.

PLATE I 01

Network Architecture Design

We start by drawing the topology the platform actually needs, not the topology it inherited. Address plans, segment boundaries, redundancy tiers and failover domains are laid out as a single coherent document before a single route is announced. Our engineers model traffic growth two years out so the design still holds when a product launch triples your east-west volume. Every diagram is delivered with the reasoning attached, which means your own team can defend the choices later.

PLATE II 02

Monitoring and Observability

Monitoring without observability is a wall of green lights that hides a slow failure. We instrument the layers that matter, from interface error counters to application latency histograms, and we wire them into dashboards your operators can read at a glance. Alert thresholds are tuned against real baselines so pages mean something. This is the work that turns a mystery outage into a five-minute diagnosis, covered in more depth on our services page.

PLATE III 03

Routing and Peering Engineering

Route policy is where good intentions go to die. We write explicit prefix lists, communities and local preferences, then test them against a lab copy of your edge before touching production. Peering sessions are documented with their traffic ratios and failover behavior, and we review transit commitments so you are never paying for capacity you cannot reach. The result is a routing table that only contains routes you can explain, which is the entire point of routing and peering engineering.

PLATE IV 04

Incident Response Playbooks

When the page fires, nobody has time to invent a process. We write incident response playbooks that name the owner, the first three diagnostic commands and the rollback path for each major failure class. The playbooks are rehearsed in tabletop sessions and game days so the on-call engineer has already walked the steps once under low stakes. After every real incident we revise the relevant page, which keeps the document alive instead of ornamental. Details live with the rest of our incident response work.

PLATE V 05

Capacity and Performance Audits

Growth is only a problem when it arrives unmeasured. Our capacity audits combine link utilization, queue depth, CPU headroom and database latency into one forecast you can plan a budget against. We identify the first three bottlenecks that will bite as traffic climbs and rank the fixes by cost and urgency. The output is a short priority list rather than a two-hundred-page report nobody reads. See the capacity and performance audit outline for the full deliverable list.

Managed Platform Care

Some teams want a partner who keeps the press running rather than a project that ends. Our managed platform care keeps monitoring rules current, patches firmware on a published calendar, rotates credentials and holds a monthly review of changes and near misses. You get a named engineer who already knows your topology, not a rotating queue. This is the long-run relationship behind managed platform care, and it is how most of our clients actually sleep at night.

What It Means To Work With This Press

ARACHNID ENTERPRISE LLC is organized around a simple idea: infrastructure should be inspectable. A network you cannot explain is a network you cannot trust, and trust is the only currency that matters when a customer is waiting on a transaction. We therefore document everything we build, from the address plan to the alert rule that guards it, and we hand that documentation to your team as a deliverable rather than a courtesy. This practice sits inside the wider computer systems design and related services field, and it borrows the discipline of the print room, where a good impression is the product of preparation, not luck.

Our engagements are deliberately sized. A focused architecture review can land in two to three weeks, while a full monitoring and observability build typically runs six to ten weeks depending on the number of services in scope. Managed platform care is continuous and measured in quarters. We publish a written statement of work before any clock starts, and every phase ends with a review where you can accept, adjust or stop. That clear structure is what lets a growing platform plan around us instead of reacting to us.

Day to day, the work looks like designing a segment boundary that keeps noisy workloads apart, or tracing a routing loop to a stale community string, or proving that a new alert actually catches the failure it claims to catch. It is unglamorous, careful work. It is also the difference between a platform that arrives at its next funding round gracefully and one that spends that quarter explaining downtime.

The Etching Process

STEP 01

Ground And Sketch

We interview your engineers, read your dashboards and map what exists today. Nothing changes until the current state is written down and agreed.

STEP 02

Bite The Plate

Designs are drafted, routing policy is written and the change plan is reviewed line by line with your team before any window is booked.

STEP 03

Ink And Wipe

Changes are applied in low-traffic windows with a rollback ready. Telemetry is watched live and the result is compared against the predicted outcome.

STEP 04

Pull The Proof

We hand over updated diagrams, runbooks and alert definitions, then schedule the review that decides what the next plate should be.

Open proofing: Arachnidy opens two observability engagements this month for growing platforms. ARACHNID ENTERPRISE LLC takes a limited number of builds each quarter, so early conversations get the calendar. Start a proof review.
